Landmark Raltors

We are based in Richmond Town on Albert Street. Our office is on the first floor of building 20/14. It’s an old part of the city, so the streets are narrower and have more big trees than the newer areas. You can hear the birds chirping sometimes, which is a nice break from the city noise. The stairs leading up to our office are a bit steep and the railing is slightly loose, so you have to be careful. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. The office has big windows but the view is mostly of the building across the street. We do a lot of paperwork regarding land and buildings. It’s not the kind of place with a big marketing budget or flashy brochures. We mostly get people coming in because they saw our board or someone they know told them about us. There’s a small kitchen area in the back where we make our own tea. The cupboards don't close right, but it works fine for us. We spend our days talking to landlords and people looking to rent or buy. Some days are very slow and we just sit around and talk about the daily news. Other days, we are running around all over Richmond Town and getting quite tired. It’s a steady kind of work. We don't have a uniform or anything like that. Just regular clothes and a practical way of doing things.
