Land Wing Real Estate

We have been operating out of our office at 476 Koramangala Vi Bk for quite a while now. It’s right on the 80 Feet Road in the 6th Block, which means we get to see everything happening in the neighborhood from our front door. Land Wing Real Estate is just a small local setup. We don’t have a massive staff or a fancy lobby with marble floors. It’s just a few desks and some old files where we keep track of the properties around here. The traffic on the 80 Feet Road is almost always loud, and the dust can be a bit much in the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. People usually just wander in when they see our sign or because they heard about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or walking to different plots nearby. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We know the alleys and the shortcuts in the 6th Block better than most. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy and we lose a pen or two, but the work gets done eventually. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Bangalore. We just want to help people find a decent place to live or sell their land without too much of a headache. Most of our clients are just regular people from the area. We try to be honest about what we know and what we don't. It’s how we’ve always worked here.
