We are based out of Yelahanka. If you know the area, it has changed a lot over the last few years. We have been working here since before some of the big developments even started. Our day usually starts with checking on different plots or meeting people who are interested in moving to this part of the city. Yelahanka is a bit further out than some other places, but that is why people like it. We don't have a massive office with glass walls or anything like that. It is a simple place where we keep our records and meet people for a chat. Sometimes we spend more time out on the road looking at sites than we do sitting behind a desk. We know the local roads and the shortcuts quite well by now. Real estate in Yelahanka is about knowing who owns what and what is coming up next. We talk to the locals and the farmers who have been here for generations. It is a lot of listening and waiting for the right moment. We don't really do much marketing. Most people find us by word of mouth or they see us out and about in the neighborhood. It is a quiet way of doing business, but it suits us and the way this area works. We just take things one day at a time and see what happens with the land around us.
