Our place is located at 2002 in JP Nagar. It’s a well-known part of the city, and we’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while. Being in real estate means we spend a lot of time looking at houses and talking to neighbors. Lake Hill Realtors is just a small local outfit. We don't have a massive office with lots of staff, it's just a few of us here. We focus on the properties around this area because that’s what we know best. JP Nagar has changed a lot over the years, and we've seen it happen from our desk. We handle the buying and selling bits that come with the territory. It’s not always easy work, as there’s a lot of running around involved. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of things. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or meeting people at different sites. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one for the people around here. The office is a simple place to sit down and go over paperwork. It’s a decent area to work in and we’ve made a lot of acquaintances over the years. We just keep at it, day in and day out. Sometimes the market is slow and sometimes it's fast, but we just stay in our lane and do our jobs. It’s a good way to make a living in a part of town we enjoy.
