L K Realtors is right at 47 Vijaya Nagar on Anand Mahal Road. We are the ones right next to the Rv Bajaj Showroom, so we are pretty easy to spot if you are driving by. We’ve been here for a good while now. The office is a nice little space where we help people find homes and shops. We aren't a giant chain or anything like that. It’s just us and a few desks. We know this neighborhood inside and out because we live here too. When someone comes in looking for a place, we don't give them a scripted speech. We just talk about what's available and what might suit them. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone and walking around showing properties to people. Some days are long, especially when the market is moving fast, but we enjoy it. We like seeing families move into new houses nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest realtors in the city, just the ones that people can talk to around here. If you see us at the office, feel free to pop in. We usually have some water ready for visitors. It’s a relaxed place to talk shop. Most people around Vijaya Nagar know where to find us. We’ve seen a lot of people find their first homes right from this desk.
