L J Hooker

We've been here in Koramangala at 422 on the 80 Feet Road for a while now. It's usually busy outside with all the cars and people walking to the 6th Block shops. L J Hooker is just where we work every day. Usually, someone is at the front desk or we're out checking on houses nearby. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks and some coffee. People come in asking about rentals or if anyone is selling their place. We try to keep track of what's happening on our street and the surrounding blocks. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit much, but being in this part of town means we see everyone. We don't really do the big speeches. Mostly we just answer the phone and look at paperwork. If you're walking past the 6th Block area, you'll see our sign. It’s a pretty straightforward place. We know the shortcuts around here and which buildings have the best light. The team is small, just a few of us who know the area well. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New cafes pop up, old houses get torn down, and we just stay here doing our bit. It’s a lot of walking and talking to neighbors. We handle the usual real estate stuff without making a big fuss about it. That's pretty much how it goes here on a Tuesday or any other day.
