L J Hooker is situated at 201 Mahatma Gandhi Road. We are inside Raheja Plaza, right near the clock tower and the ICICI Bank. It is a busy spot right in the middle of everything. We work on various property matters from our office here. It is mostly about talking to people and looking at the latest property listings. The office has a lot of files and some computers where we track what is currently available in the market. We spend a lot of our time on the phone. Being near the clock tower means there is always a lot of activity and noise right outside. We have been at this address for a while. We are not a giant corporate headquarters, just a local office doing real estate work. People stop by to ask about rentals or buying a place in the city. We just give them the facts and show them what we have. The office at Raheja Plaza is a comfortable enough place to work throughout the day. We do not have a lot of marketing fluff or fancy presentations. We just keep track of the properties and help the people who come in to see us. It is a regular day-to-day routine of meetings and endless paperwork. We know the MG Road area like the back of our hands now. It is a practical way to run a business in such a busy city where things are always changing.
