My grandfather started this whole thing with coffee a long time ago. Now we are over here at N.S. Palya, right on 2nd Main Road. If you know the Bannergatta Road area, you probably know where the industrial plots are. It is not a fancy office or anything. We mostly just focus on getting the beans right and making sure the machines are running like they should. Some days it gets pretty loud in here with the roasters going, but that is just how it is. We have been at this address, 55/A, for a while now. People around here stop by sometimes just to see what is happening. It is mostly just us doing the daily work, packing things up, and making sure the orders go out to the shops on time. We do not really do much advertising. Most people find us because they have been buying from us for years. The building is older, and the layout is a bit cramped, but it works for what we need to do. Coffee is a messy business if you are doing it right. Dust everywhere and heavy bags to move. It is hard work, and we do not always get everything perfect on the first try, but we fix it and keep moving. We try to stay out of the way of the main traffic on Bannergatta Road because that is always a mess. Being tucked away in N.S. Palya is better for us anyway. Just a small team here.
