Kvs Properties is located at No. 376 in Wilson Garden. We are right across from the Wilson Garden Police Station bus stop. It’s a very easy landmark to give people when they are trying to find the office. The buses are always coming and going right outside our front door. We have been here for a good number of years now. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular room with some desks and filing cabinets. We handle property matters for people in the area. Wilson Garden is a bustling neighborhood, and being near the police station means there is always something happening outside. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic and the crowds at the bus stop, but we don't mind it much. We aren't a big corporate real estate firm. We are just a small local outfit. We know the streets around here quite well. Most of our day is spent talking to folks who walk in off the street or people we've known for years. No. 376 has been our home base through a lot of changes in the city. We keep things simple and just focus on the work we have in front of us. There’s no fancy lobby or coffee machine.
