Kukke Subramanya Real Estate Agency is located at 91 A in Rajajinagar. We are right on 11th Main, near Shivanagar on the WOC Road side. This area is always moving and there is always something happening outside our window. We spend most of our time talking to people about houses and land. It’s a lot of walking around and showing properties, then coming back here to sit and do the paperwork. The office isn't very large but we have enough chairs for when families come in to talk. My brother and I started this because we knew the neighborhood well. We grew up around these streets, so we know which buildings are good and which ones have leaky roofs. We don't use those big fancy brochures. We just tell people what we know and show them the listings. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s silent. We take it as it comes. There’s a small shop next door that sells the best snacks, so we are often there. Working in real estate in a place like Rajajinagar means you meet all sorts of people. Some are looking for their first home and some are selling. We just help them get through the process without making a big fuss about it. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way.
