Madhu Silk Emporium

We are located in Koramangala, specifically in the 4th Block on 100 Feet Road. Madhu Silk Emporium is on the second floor of building number 41. Koramangala has changed a lot over the years, it has become very trendy with all these new cafes and modern offices, but we just stay here in our usual spot. Being on the second floor means people have to know we are here to come up the stairs. We do not have a massive sign on the ground level, just the usual boards. The 100 Feet Road is always jammed with traffic, especially in the evenings. We can see the cars and bikes from our windows. Inside, it is a bit quieter than the street. We have shelves filled with silk and other kinds of fabrics. It is mostly just us and a couple of helpers. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. We just open the shutters, dust the shelves, and wait for whoever walks in. Sometimes it is slow, other times we are on our feet all day long. It is a lot of work managing the inventory because silk needs to be kept very carefully. We have been at this address for a while now, watching the buildings around us get taller and much fancier. We just keep doing our thing at our own pace. It is a straightforward business with no real bells or whistles. Just us and the fabric.
