Ketan Buttons

Ketan Buttons is tucked away at No. 30/1, Ranganatha Nilaya, right on 6Th Cross in Azad Nagar. We are quite close to the old Tear Mill, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Buttons are what we do. We have thousands of them in all sorts of boxes and jars. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to seeing so many small things in one place. The shop is part of a residential building, so it has a very local feel. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes we have to spend hours just sorting through new stock that comes in. It’s tedious work, but someone has to do it. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes a bit of a challenge for our visitors. We don't have any big neon signs or anything. Just a simple door and a lot of work going on inside. People from the garment trade come here often, but we also see individuals who just need a couple of buttons for a shirt they are fixing at home. We try to keep everything organized, though it doesn't always stay that way. It’s a small family-run type of place. We don't have corporate meetings or big plans; we just focus on the buttons and making sure the orders are ready on time for everyone who stops by.
