My name is Kaspar and I run things from here at 30 Shivaji Nagar in Chowkhandi. It’s a small place, but it works for what I do. I’ve been in this spot for a good number of years now. Most of the folks around here know the building. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it’s just me. I handle the paperwork and the customers myself. Sometimes it gets a little cluttered, but I know where everything is. The area can get pretty busy with people moving around, but I like the energy of Shivaji Nagar. It’s a real place with real people. I don’t bother with much marketing because I’m usually busy enough as it is. People just find the address and stop in. I try to keep my hours regular, but occasionally I have to step out for errands. If you come by and I’m not there, just wait a bit. I’m usually not far away. I grew up around here, so I know the streets well. I started this business on my own and it’s been a slow and steady process. I don’t have any grand plans to expand or move. This little office in Chowkhandi is exactly where I need to be. It’s simple, it’s local, and it gets the job done without any fuss. I just take things as they come and try to be helpful whenever I can.
