Chiguru Boutique

Chiguru Boutique is located at number 6 on the Basavanagudi 60 Feet Road, right in the 4th Block neighborhood. We have been here for a while now, and it is a nice spot because there is always something happening on the street. The shop is not huge, but we have enough space for our racks and the sewing tables in the back. Usually, you can hear the sound of the sewing machine going while we work on various clothes. We do not have bright neon signs or a corporate feel at all. It is just a local boutique where we handle fabrics and designs. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with rolls of cloth and thread, but that is just how we work. People from around the 4th Block often stop by just to see what is new or to talk about a fix they need for a dress. We like the atmosphere of Basavanagudi because it feels like a real community. We do not have a website or a big marketing plan. We just open the doors in the morning and get to work on whatever is on the table. Most of our customers come by word of mouth from neighbors who have been here before. It is a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We just enjoy the process of making things and seeing people happy with what they wear.
