Down on Residency Road, you can find Kashif Realtors on Egal Street. It is an old part of town with a lot of history, and we have been watching the buildings go up and down around here for years. Our office at 41277 is where we sit down with people to talk about where they want to live or what kind of shop space they need. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we usually just have a cup of tea and look at the maps together. The real estate market in this area can be quite confusing with all the different prices and legal papers, so we spend a lot of time just explaining how things work. We walk around the neighborhood a lot to see which properties are coming up for rent or sale. It’s a lot of walking and talking to owners. We don't use big billboards or anything flashy to get attention. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from their neighbors or friends. The street outside is always busy with people heading to work, but inside it’s quiet enough to look over contracts. We handle the paperwork, talk to the lawyers when needed, and try to make sure nobody gets a bad deal. It is a straightforward business, and we like keeping it that way. Every day is different because you never know who is going to walk through that door with a new story or a dream.
