Karnataka Real Estate Agency is located at 9 Ashwath Nagar, right on the Pune Solapur Road. It is a very busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic passing by our front door. We have been here for quite a while, helping people find pieces of land or houses to live in. Real estate can be a very tricky business, but we try to make the whole process a bit less confusing for everyone. We are not part of any big chain. It is just our local office where we keep all our files, maps, and documents. I spend a lot of my time driving out to different plots of land to check them out in person. You can’t really get a feel for a place until you are standing on the ground yourself. My assistant stays back at the office to handle the phone calls and walk-ins. We get calls from all over because our sign is visible on the main road. Some people are just looking for a small house, while others want a big piece of land for a new project. We talk to everyone in the same way. We don't use any high-pressure tactics to get people to decide. If a place doesn't feel right for someone, we just move on to the next option. Our office is very simple with just a few chairs and a table.
