Karma Restro Cafe

Karma Restro Cafe is tucked away in Nayandahalli at Bavan Co Opretiv Society, near Little Star School on Old Dhor Bazar Cross Road 90 D. It is a bit of a long address, but once you find the school, we are right there. The cafe has a mix of tables and chairs, and we spend a lot of time in the kitchen area. It gets quite busy when the school lets out or when people from the Bavan Co Opretiv Society come over for a break. We have a small stove and a coffee machine that we use constantly. The walls are plain and we do not have much in the way of art, just a few things here and there. We focus on getting the food and drinks ready as fast as we can. Sometimes the noise from the Old Dhor Bazar Cross Road gets a bit loud, but we have grown used to it. We do a lot of the cleaning ourselves, from the dishes to the windows. It is a small team and we all do a bit of everything. There is not a manager in a suit here, just us in our aprons trying to keep things running. We go through a lot of ingredients every week and we have to stay on top of the shopping. It is just a normal cafe life where we spend our days cooking and serving. We have been here for a bit now.
