You can find Karle International Pvt Ltd. over at 27, I Cross in Bhuvaneswari Nagar. We’re right off Sultanpalya Main Road in the R.T. Nagar area. It’s a neighborhood where everyone seems to know each other. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a door on a busy street. Inside, it’s usually quite active. We have people coming in with papers and deliveries at all hours. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for quite some time. R.T. Nagar has its own charm, though the roads can be a bit narrow and crowded. We don’t use any corporate lingo here. We just talk like normal people. We have a small staff, and we all pitch in when things get hectic. Some days we stay late to finish up, and other days we can leave on time if we’re lucky. There’s always a lot of chatter and the sound of keyboards clicking. We keep our files in old cabinets and our calendars are marked up with pen. It’s not high-tech, but it works for us. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to get through the to-do list every day. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We like being part of the local community here on Sultanpalya Main Road. It feels like home to us after all these years of working in this same spot. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized amid the daily bustle.
