Our setup for Karamtara Eng is over here in Harshwardhan Nagar, specifically at J-117. Even though the name mentions Boiser, this Bhopal office is where a lot of the local coordination happens. Engineering work is usually pretty dry and involves a lot of looking at technical drawings and talking about metal or parts. It is not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. Most of us just come in, grab a tea, and start looking at what needs to be shipped or manufactured next. Bhopal gets quite hot, so the afternoons in the office can be a bit of a struggle if the cooling isn't turned up high. We deal with a lot of logistics and making sure the engineering specs are right before anything moves forward. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just another spot in the neighborhood where people are working hard. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know the routine pretty well. Sometimes things get delayed at the factory or there’s a mix-up with the paperwork, and we just have to sit there and sort it out until it’s fixed. It is just steady, practical work that keeps the business moving. We don't really have a big sign out front or anything, just the address and the work we do every day. It’s basically just us and our desks, getting things done.
