Kamal Realtors is at Shop No 2 on the ground floor of Sai Adithya Arcade. We are right on ITPL Main Road in Kundalahalli, across from the Cosmos Mall. Being right across from a mall means there are always crowds. It’s a very modern part of the city. Our shop is easy to find since it’s on the ground floor. We don’t have to deal with elevators or long flights of stairs. The arcade is a busy place with other businesses around us. We have a simple setup inside. Just some chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of maps of the area. We focus on Kundalahalli and the nearby neighborhoods. It’s a lot of work keeping track of who is moving where. We don’t have any polished marketing speeches. If someone walks in, we just tell them what we know. Sometimes we go over to the mall for lunch or just to walk around when it’s quiet. The traffic on ITPL Main Road is pretty much constant. We hear the cars all day long. It doesn't bother us anymore. We’ve been in this spot long enough to feel like part of the landscape. We keep things honest and straightforward. No need for anything fancy when you’re just helping people find a place to stay. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We are here from morning until the lights go out. We usually have some cold water for anyone who walks in out of the heat.
