If you walk down Kammanahalli Road near the Sukh Sagar Hotel, you’ll find Kalyannagar Properties. We’ve been around this area for quite some time now. Our office is small, just a place to keep the files and talk to people who are looking for a house or a plot of land. We know this neighborhood really well because we live and work right here in Kalyan Nagar. It’s a fast-growing part of town, and things are changing every week. We don't do flashy advertisements or anything. Usually, people just come in because they saw our board or heard about us from someone else. We spend a lot of time on our phones or out visiting different sites to see what’s available. It’s a lot of walking and driving around. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is with property. We don't try to push anyone into a deal. We just show what we have and let the person decide. It's a simple way of doing things. The office can get a bit loud because of the traffic on the main road outside. We have some plastic chairs and a wooden desk where we sit and go over the maps. It’s just us trying to help people find a place in this side of the city. We are usually here from morning until the sun goes down, drinking tea and waiting for the next person to walk in.
