Kabini Minerals Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is located at No.120 in the Hoodi Apartment building on Cunningham Road. It is a busy area, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge some days, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Kabini Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is basically run out of this small space. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a few of us handling the paperwork and making sure the orders get where they need to go. We deal with minerals, and most of our time is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The office has big windows, but mostly we just look out at the traffic on Cunningham Road. It’s a convenient spot for meetings since it’s fairly central. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most people who come to see us already know the address. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, some filing cabinets, and a kettle that’s always running for tea. We keep things pretty quiet and just focus on getting the work done. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We have been in this location for a good bit of time now and it feels like home to us. It’s just a practical place to do business without any unnecessary extras.
