Kaapi Machines(India)Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Indira Nagar. The area is quite popular and can be a bit of a nightmare for parking, but it is a good place to be located. We have a lot of coffee equipment sitting around the office, from big brewers to small parts that we keep in labeled bins. The smell of coffee is pretty much baked into the walls here because we are always testing something or showing someone how a machine works. It is a noisy place sometimes with the sound of steam and grinders going off. We are not a corporate office with cubicles and silence. Instead, it is more like a workshop where people are always tinkling with tools or moving heavy crates around. Our team is small and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it is answering emails or lifting boxes. The lighting is okay, but we mostly rely on the big windows at the front. We have some chairs for visitors, but they are usually covered in manuals or spare parts. It is a functional spot in Indira Nagar where we focus on the hardware. We do not have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We just know our machines and we work hard to keep them running for the people who use them every day.
