Our office is located at 3320, 7th Cross, 12 A Main, in HAL 2nd Stage. We are quite close to the ESI Hospital in Indiranagar. Kaapi Machines (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this neighborhood for a good while. Indiranagar is full of cafes and restaurants, so being right here makes a lot of sense for us. We aren't a typical corporate office with cubicles. Instead, our space is usually filled with various types of coffee equipment and parts. You can almost always smell coffee when you step inside because we are constantly testing out the machines. We are just a small group of people who understand the technical side of making coffee. Most of our time is spent either here in the workshop or out at different cafes across the city. We don't have any flashy marketing or a big sales pitch. We just know how these machines work and how to keep them running. It is a very hands-on kind of job. Our technicians are often covered in coffee grinds or grease from the machines. We don't have a formal mission statement or anything like that. We just try to be helpful and fix things when they break. People in the coffee industry know where to find us. We like the busy atmosphere of Indiranagar and being part of the local scene. We just keep our heads down and focus on the equipment. It is straightforward work that we enjoy. Being near the ESI Hospital makes us easy to find.
