Our place is located right at 3320 Shivananda Circle. If you know the area, you know it’s a bit of a landmark. We work with coffee machines all day long. The office usually smells like roasted beans, which isn't a bad thing at all. We aren't some giant corporation. It's a smaller team here. We spend our time fixing machines, testing how the coffee flows, and talking to café owners. Some machines are quite old and need care, while others are newer. We have parts scattered around the workbench most of the time. It’s a bit of a specialized job, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. Shivananda Circle is always bustling, so there’s plenty of noise from the street. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If a machine is broken, we look at it and see if it can be fixed. We also help people understand how to keep their equipment running so it doesn't break down. It's practical work. Sometimes we get busy and the phone doesn't stop, other days it's a bit quieter and we can catch up on cleaning tools. We like being in this spot. It’s central and people find us easily. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure people get a decent cup of coffee from their machines. The area around the circle is always busy, so there is never a dull moment looking out the window. We have a small back room for spare parts and machines waiting for repair. Sometimes we wait weeks for a specific part. We don't have fancy brochures or uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable for working on oily machinery. We enjoy the challenge of fixing something that seemed dead. People know us as the coffee machine folks. We don't do much advertising. Usually, someone drops by because a friend told them we know our stuff.
