We are over at 9/198A, Municipal Office Road in Yelahanka. This business was started by me and my brother quite a few years ago. We handle a lot of different things, mostly moving goods around and dealing with suppliers. The office is not much to look at. We have some old desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. There are files everywhere because we still like to keep paper records of everything. Yelahanka used to be a lot quieter than it is now. These days, there is always traffic outside near the municipal office. We spend most of our time on the phone or writing emails. It is not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We have some regular customers who have stayed with us for a long time. They know how we work and they do not expect anything fancy. We do not have a big lobby or a receptionist. If you come to see us, you will probably just find us working at our desks. Sometimes we have to go out to meet people or check on shipments, so the office might be closed for an hour or two. We do not really have a big marketing plan. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. It is just a small operation that we run ourselves. We take pride in getting the work done without making a big fuss about it.
