You can find Jwalamala Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. down at 63/2 in the Jwalamala Industrial Estate. We are right off Kodi Chikkanahalli Road, which is near the busy Hosur Road area. Living and working around Bommanahalli means dealing with a lot of traffic every single day. The industrial estate is always humming with noise from different factories, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with food products, so there is always a lot of cleaning and sorting to do in our unit. The space isn't huge, but we make the most of it by stacking things properly and keeping the floor clear. It gets quite loud inside when the machines are all running at once. Most of the staff has been here for years and we all know how the routine goes. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck on Hosur Road, and then everything gets delayed, which can be frustrating for everyone. We don't use any fancy management software, just some old notebooks and a chalkboard to keep track of what’s coming in and going out. It is hard work and the days are long, especially during the peak seasons. We usually take our tea breaks together near the front gate to catch a bit of a breeze. It's a plain business, nothing flashy to look at, just people doing their jobs to get the food packed and sent off on time.
