Juice Junction

We set up Juice Junction right near the Emjays Complex. It’s a busy area and we like being in the middle of it all. Most days start with us bringing in the fruit and getting everything washed and ready to go. We don't have a huge menu, just what’s fresh and what we can get our hands on at the market. It’s a simple shop. We don’t have much in the way of fancy seating, mostly just a place to grab a drink and go. People from the offices in the complex come over during their breaks. It's nice to see the same people every day. We know some of their orders by heart now. We aren't some big chain, just a local spot that’s been here for a bit. The equipment is older but it works fine for what we need. Sometimes we run out of certain things if the market was short that morning, but that’s just how it goes when you deal with fresh stuff. We try to keep the place tidy but it gets hectic when several people show up at once. It’s just us doing the work, no big management or anything. If you’re around Emjays Complex and looking for something to drink, you’ll find us easily. We stay open until the sun goes down usually. It's a steady life and we're happy to be here serving the folks who work in the buildings nearby.
