Joshua Real Estate is based at number 5, Nagashettyhalli, along Old Sama Road. We are pretty close to Relish Restaurant, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Most of our time is spent talking to people about houses, plots, or rentals. It’s not a fancy office with leather chairs and glass walls. We just have some desks, a few maps on the wall, and a lot of phone calls to make. Real estate can be a bit up and down. Some weeks everyone wants to buy, and other weeks it’s completely quiet. We’ve been working in this area for a while, so we know the streets and the buildings pretty well. We don’t use any of those high-pressure sales tactics you hear about. We just show people what’s available and let them make up their minds. Nagashettyhalli is a growing area, and it’s interesting to see how it changes year after year. Often, we’re out on the road visiting sites or meeting people at their properties. It keeps us out of the office, which is nice. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business. We try to be honest about what a place is worth and what the drawbacks might be. It’s better that way in the long run. If you’re ever near Relish Restaurant, you’re not far from where we do our work. We're usually here from morning until the sun goes down, just helping people out with their property needs.
