I’m Johnny and I run this real estate office at 162/2 Kalyan Nagar in Sambhaji Nagar. I’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time, so I know most of the buildings and who owns what. People come to me when they want to sell a flat or maybe find a small shop to rent. It’s just a small office with some papers and a desk. I spend most of my day out on my scooter looking at properties or meeting people. Real estate here can be a bit confusing with all the paperwork, so I help out with that part. I don’t promise miracles, I just show what’s available on the market right now. Some days are busy, other days I’m just waiting for the phone to ring. I deal with both old houses and some of the newer apartments coming up around Sambhaji Nagar. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and checking prices. I try to be honest about whether a place has good water or if the roof leaks. My office isn't hard to find if you know the Kalyan Nagar area. I’ve lived around here most of my life. If someone needs a place, they usually just drop by or give me a call. It’s a simple business, really. I just connect people who have a house with people who need one for their family.
