John Distilleries Pvt. Ltd. is based at 142, 2nd Main in Domlur II Stage. We are right on the 2nd Cross, so it’s pretty easy for people to find us if they know the neighborhood. We’ve been working out of this part of town for a good while. Running a distillery means there is always something that needs doing. The equipment requires constant attention, and there is a lot of checking and re-checking involved in every single step of the process. It’s not always clean work; the floor can get wet and it gets quite hot and loud when everything is running at once. We have a daily routine that keeps us on track, though things rarely go exactly as planned. Someone might have to fix a leaky valve or move some heavy barrels around the warehouse. The office side of the things is just as busy with all the paperwork and keeping track of where everything is supposed to go. We aren’t trying to be anything fancy or high-end here. It’s just a group of regular people who know how to run these machines and keep the business moving forward. Domlur is a busy area, and the traffic outside can be a real nightmare during rush hour, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure we don't fall behind on our schedule. It is hard work but someone has to do it every day.
