Jimis Pub

We’ve been here at Brigade Road for a good while now. It’s right near S B I Colony, so we get a lot of folks who just live around the corner or work in the banks nearby. The place isn't anything too fancy, just some wooden tables and the usual pub stuff you’d expect. Most days start with us just sweeping up and getting the chairs straight before the first few people wander in around the afternoon. It gets pretty loud on the weekends, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Sometimes the music is a bit much, but people seem to like it when they’re having a drink. We don't really do much besides keep the fridge cold and make sure there’s enough seats for everyone. My hands are usually busy with glasses or trying to fix a leaky tap in the back. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to the regulars about their day. Brigade Road always has something going on outside, so it’s nice to have this spot where things are a bit more predictable. We don't have a big story or anything. We just opened up because we liked the area and wanted a place where you could get a beer without too much fuss. It stays open late, so we’re often the last ones on the street turning off the lights. It's just Jimis Pub, nothing more to it than that really.
