Jg Cabs

Jg Cabs is located right on the 1st floor at 84 Banneraghatta Road. We are on L B S Marg, very close to the Mico Layout Bus Stand, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for drivers who are waiting for their next shift. We spend a lot of time looking out the window at the traffic on Banneraghatta Road. It gets pretty intense during the rush hours, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been running this for a few years, starting with just one or two cars in the beginning. Now we have a few more, but it still feels like a small family business. We don't have a fancy dispatch system like the big companies do. Most of our work comes from people who have our number saved in their phones or on a piece of paper. We keep a logbook on the desk to track where everyone is. Sometimes a driver is late because of a flat tire or a blocked road, and we just have to handle it as it comes. It’s a lot of talking on the radio and drinking coffee to stay awake during the night shifts. We aren't trying to be the biggest in town. We just want to make sure the cars are running and people get where they need to go.
