You can find us at 64, Oil Mill Road in Lingrapuram. The name of the road tells you a bit about the history of this area. It used to be much more industrial, and while things have changed, we still keep the old spirit alive in our workshop. The space is filled with the smell of the ingredients we use for the soaps, which is actually quite nice compared to the exhaust fumes outside. It is a busy street and there is always something happening right outside our door. The office part is just a small corner partitioned off with some wood and glass. We have our old ledgers and a computer that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our regulars just come to the side entrance. We’ve got stacks of boxes everywhere and the floor is usually a bit slippery if we aren't careful with the materials. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows what their job is without being told too much. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about the local news while we work. The building itself is old and has a few cracks in the walls, but it’s sturdy enough for us. We like being in Lingrapuram because it feels real and connected to the people who actually use what we make. It’s a simple life at number 64 and we wouldn't have it any other way than this daily grind.
