We've been here at 44/1 Vivek Nagar on the E G Pura Main Road for a while now. It's just a small office where we handle house stuff. If someone is looking for a place to stay or wants to sell their plot, they usually just drop by. The neighborhood is busy, but we know most of the people around here. My desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the local area. We don't have a big fancy team or anything like that. It is mostly just us answering the phone and showing people around different buildings. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets loud, but we are used to it by now. People come in asking about rents or what's available nearby. We try to keep track of who is moving out and who is looking. It's not a complicated business, just helping folks find a roof over their heads. We keep our keys in a wooden cabinet and use an old ledger for most things. It's a bit dusty in here sometimes because of the road construction nearby, but the tea stall next door is good. We spend a lot of time walking to different properties nearby to check if the pipes are working or if the paint is okay. It keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. Nothing flashy about it, just a local spot in Vivek Nagar where we get work done.
