We are based over in Keshavapur, Hubli. Our spot is right near the Shantinagar Church in Banashankari 2nd Stage, so it is easy for people to find us if they know the area. It is just a small setup at A-61 where we handle the daily work of drawing up plans. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and sketching out ideas for different types of buildings. Hubli is growing fast and we see a lot of changes happening around us every day. Sometimes we have to go out to the site when things aren't going right with the construction. It gets a bit dusty and loud but that is just part of the job. We aren't trying to be some massive firm with hundreds of employees. We like keeping it simple so we can actually talk to the people who come in. Most of our day is spent making sure the measurements fit the land available. It can be tricky when the plot is an odd shape. We usually have tea and talk about the current projects before starting the heavy work in the morning. If you are walking near the church you might see us coming and going. We have been at this for some time now and just enjoy the process of making things work on paper before the bricks are laid. It is a lot of responsibility but we just take it one day at a time.
