We are located at 2038 in Yelahanka New Town, which is a HIG area. You can find us pretty easily because we are right near the SBI Bank. Having the bank so close is actually quite handy for everyone. Jai Maruthi Real Estate Link has been part of the Yelahanka community for a good bit now. We don't go in for all those polished sales pitches or mission statements you see elsewhere. Our way is just to sit down and have a real conversation about what kind of house or site you are looking for in the New Town area. We know these streets well, from the main roads to the smaller lanes tucked away. Most of the time, it’s just us in the office, sorting through listings and talking to owners. We like the pace of Yelahanka; it’s not as chaotic as the center of the city, but it’s still moving. When someone comes in, we don't treat them like a number. We just talk like normal people do. If a house has issues, we usually mention it because there’s no point in hiding things. People appreciate that we don’t try to act like everything is perfect.
