Our office is located in Padmanabhanagar, right on the 18th Main Road. We are pretty close to BKF, which is a well-known spot around here. This place started because we saw how much people struggled with getting their travel plans sorted without getting stuck in long online queues or dealing with confusing websites. We handle a lot of different things like flight bookings, train tickets, and sometimes local car rentals for family trips. It’s a small space, mostly just desks and computers, but we stay busy. Most of our customers are neighbors who have lived in this part of Bangalore for years. They usually just walk in and ask us to find a good route for their next holiday or a quick business trip. We don't do those huge tour packages with loud guides. We mostly just help people get from point A to point B without any extra stress. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on checking the latest schedules. Sometimes the systems are slow, which is annoying, but we wait it out to get the right price. It is just a regular local business trying to make travel a bit easier for everyone in the area. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and know most of the people who walk past our door every day. We often have people coming in just to check if their passport needs renewing or if there are any new rules for visas.
