I’m J Shabarish and this is where I run my real estate consultancy. We are located at 48 Jaraganahalli Puttenahalli Road. It is a decent enough building, not too large but it fits what we need to get done every day. I spend most of my time here looking at papers and answering the phone when people call about properties. Sometimes the road outside gets really jammed with traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. That makes it a bit hard for people to find parking right in front, but they usually manage to find a spot nearby. The office itself is simple. I didn’t see any point in making it look like a corporate showroom because that isn't really my style. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit on while we talk. Jaraganahalli is a place I know pretty well now after being here for so long. People drop by without calling sometimes, which is fine, although I might be out looking at a site. If the door is open, someone is usually inside to help. It’s just how we do things. Nothing too fancy or complicated about it. We just try to keep up with the work as it comes in. Most days are long, but that is just part of the job when you are dealing with real estate in this part of town.
