We operate out of number 16 on Kengalhanumanthaiah Road, specifically right near the 8th Cross. It is a very well-known road in this area, and being here means we see a lot of the city’s movement right outside our front door. The office is a very basic setup where we handle all the different real estate matters that come our way. We have been at this specific location for a long time, so we have watched the shops around us change and the traffic get much heavier over the years. It is just a few of us working here, trying to keep track of what is happening in the local property market. We do not go in for any fancy decor or big presentations. If you come by to see us, you will likely find us sorting through some old files or talking on the telephone with a person about a new lease. The 8th Cross area is very familiar to us, and we spend a good portion of our day visiting different sites nearby to see their condition. It can get pretty warm in the office during the afternoons, so the fan is always spinning. We do not have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just help people find what they are looking for and try to keep the process as simple as we can.
