We set up shop at 47 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, in the Bhavanpura Pith area. J M J Auto Consultant & Real Estate is a bit of a mouthful, but we do a bit of everything when it comes to cars and property. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a few chairs and a table where we can sit down and talk. Dealing with real estate and vehicles means a lot of talking and even more paperwork. We spend half our time out on the road looking at houses or checking out cars, and the other half sitting here in RT Nagar. The Bhavanpura Pith neighborhood is fairly lively, and we get all sorts of people stopping by to ask questions. We don’t have any polished sales pitches. We just tell people what we know and try to help them find what they are looking for. Sometimes the deals are easy, and other times they take forever to settle. That’s just the nature of the work. It can be a bit tiring dealing with all the back-and-forth, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we don’t mind. We just keep our files organized and wait for the next person to walk in. It’s a practical business run by people who know the local area well. No frills, just honest talk about cars and homes. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay helpful.
