J J Engineering

J J Engineering is located out in the Jigani KIADB Industrial Area, Phase 2. If you have ever been out this way, you know it is all about manufacturing and hard work. Our shop is right in the thick of it. The air usually smells like metal and machine oil, which is something you just get used to. We have been in this spot for a while, surrounded by other factories and workshops. Inside our unit, it is often quite noisy with the sound of tools and engines running. We aren't the type of place where people wear suits. Most of us are in work clothes that usually have a few grease stains by the end of the shift. We spend our days working on different engineering tasks, mostly fixing things or putting parts together. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, especially with the machines running, but we have some big fans that help a bit. It’s a dusty place and there is always something that needs to be moved or cleaned. We don't have a fancy front office for meetings. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just come onto the floor. We take our work seriously but we don't make a big show of it. It’s just about getting the parts right and making sure everything is built solid. That is how we have always done things here in Jigani.
