This is J J Associates & Realtors. We are located at 505/16 Nagasandra on 9th Main. It is a regular neighborhood and we have been operating out of here for some time. We deal with property stuff mostly, talking to people about houses or land around Nagasandra. It is not a huge office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a space where we keep our files and meet folks who have questions about the local market. 9th Main can get a bit crowded during the day, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We have seen the area change quite a bit since we started. Some new buildings are going up, and others are being renovated. We try to keep track of what is happening on the streets nearby. Usually, one of us is here to answer the door or pick up the phone. It is a lot of paperwork and looking at maps. Sometimes we are out visiting sites, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We do not really do big advertisements. Most people just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else in Nagasandra. We have a few chairs for visitors and some old filing cabinets that have been with us since the beginning. It is a straightforward setup. We just come in, do the work, and head home like everyone else.
