Our office is at 495/Lig in Yelahanka New Town. It’s right there in Partap Nagar, not too far from Neha Prakash Hospital. If you know the hospital, you can find us pretty easily. J D Real Estate isn’t a huge corporation with a hundred employees. It’s just a small local team. We deal with the houses and plots around this part of town. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to show people different spots. Yelahanka has grown so much lately, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. We try to keep our listings updated, though it’s a lot of manual work. We don't use those high-end marketing tools. We just talk to people. Sometimes things get busy and we might take a minute to get back to you, but we always do. It’s a practical business. We handle the basic stuff like rentals and buying small plots. The office is a bit small, but it serves its purpose. We like being near the hospital because everyone knows the landmark. It makes explaining our location a lot easier. We aren't trying to be the biggest in the city, just a reliable place for the people living in Partap Nagar. No fancy slogans here, just real estate help and some local advice for those who need it.
