We are set up right at the junction of Mission Road and Double Road, at number 46/3. If you’re familiar with the area, you know it’s a busy spot where everyone seems to be in a hurry. Inside our place, things are a bit different, though it can still get pretty chaotic when a class is in session. We focus on teaching people how to bake and how to decorate cakes. It’s a lot of flour, butter, and practice. Our kitchen space isn't a showroom; it’s a working classroom where things get messy. There are ovens humming in the background and someone is usually whisking something or trying to get their icing just right. We don't use a lot of fancy terminology or try to act like we're some high-end culinary school. We’re just people who love baking and wanted to share what we know with others in the neighborhood. Some of our students want to start their own bakeries, while others just want to make a decent birthday cake for their kids. We treat everyone the same and try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. The floors are rarely completely clean because of all the sugar and flour, but that’s just a sign that people are actually learning. We’ve been here at this junction for a while now, and we like being the place where people come to get their hands dirty and learn a new skill.
