We are over here in Malleswaram West, specifically at 44/4 on 8th Cross. It is the 1st Main in the Lakshmipuram area. You can find us on the second floor, which is right across from Hinmachu School. Being on the second floor means we see a lot of what goes on outside during the school hours. It gets pretty busy around here when the kids are coming and going, but otherwise, it is a decent spot to get work done. We have been in this space for a bit now. Innovative Properties Solutions is just the name we use for what we do here. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit steep if you are carrying stuff, but you get used to it after a while. Malleswaram is an old part of the city, so there is always a mix of old buildings and new things popping up. We just try to keep things moving and handle the property stuff that comes our way. It is not a huge office or anything fancy, just a few desks and some files. We keep regular hours mostly, though sometimes we are out looking at sites. If the front door is open, someone is usually inside. We do not have a big lobby, so people just walk right in. It is a straightforward setup for us. There is not much more to tell about it really, just a local place in a busy neighborhood.
