We are based in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically in the 3rd Phase. Our address is Plot No.34 on the 4th Main road. Peenya is known for being one of the biggest industrial hubs around, and it certainly feels like it with all the trucks and workers moving around constantly. At Ingwenya Mineral Tech, we deal with mineral processing and the technology that goes along with it. It’s heavy, dusty work that involves a lot of big steel components. The workshop is always busy with someone grinding or bolting something together. We have a decent-sized plot, but it’s mostly taken up by equipment and raw materials. There’s a small area where we keep the computers and the technical drawings, but the real action happens out in the shed. The Bangalore weather is usually okay, but when it rains, the sound on the metal roof is so loud we can barely hear ourselves think. We have a small team of technicians who have been doing this for a long time. They know how to handle the minerals and the machinery without needing much instruction. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any marketing banners hanging up. We just have our name on the gate and a lot of work to get through every day. Most of our visitors are truck drivers or guys from other factories nearby. It’s a basic, hard-working environment where we spend our time getting the technical parts of the minerals processed.
