Infinite Estates

We are based over in Koramangala 4th Block, specifically at 10 Ulsoor 80 Feet Road. It’s a busy neighborhood with plenty of stuff happening all the time. Our office isn’t huge, but it gets the job done for what we do. We mostly spend our time looking at flats and commercial spots around this part of the city. Bangalore moves fast, and things change every week. One day a shop is there, the next day it’s something else. We try to keep track of it all so we can tell people what’s actually available. It’s mostly just us chatting with owners and showing people around different buildings. Sometimes the traffic on 80 Feet Road makes getting to appointments a bit of a nightmare, but that is just part of living here. We don’t have a massive team or anything. It’s just a few people who know the streets of Koramangala well. We handle the usual stuff like lease agreements and checking on property taxes. It can be tedious, but it’s part of the work. People come to us because they want someone local who actually walks these streets. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just one that knows the local blocks. You can usually hear the sound of the traffic from our windows, but that is just the city life for you. We often have a lot of paperwork to go through before the day ends.
