Indus Safety Systems

Indus Safety Systems is tucked away at 540 in Koramangala VI Block. It’s a pretty good location for us because we can get around the city relatively easily, though the traffic in Koramangala is always a headache. Our space is mostly full of safety equipment—things like extinguishers, signage, and those heavy-duty boots that everyone needs on construction sites. It smells a bit like rubber and metal in here, which I guess is normal for what we do. We aren't really the type to sit in fancy meetings; we’re usually checking the pressure gauges on tanks or loading up a delivery truck out back. The floors are concrete and they get scuffed up pretty fast with all the crates moving around. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We have a small desk area for the billing and the phone calls, but most of the action happens in the storage area. People come by when they need to pass a fire inspection or just realized their old gear is expired. We don’t do big presentations. We just show them what meets the code and what doesn’t. It’s practical work and it’s important, even if it’s not very glamorous. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three orders come in at once, but we just manage it one box at a time. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of the block, keeping things moving along.
