Indra Real Estate is based at number 18 in the Highway Commercial Centre which is part of the Ideal Homes layout in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. We spend our days dealing with land and houses in this part of the city. Our office is a straightforward place with some desks and chairs where we can sit down with people to look over maps and property documents. Rajarajeshwari Nagar has grown so much lately and there are always new buildings going up or people looking for a plot of land to build on. We spend a lot of our time out of the office driving around to different sites to show them to potential buyers. It can be quite tiring to be out in the sun all day but it is part of the job. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just know the local area very well and try to help people find a place that fits what they are looking for. The Highway Commercial Centre is a good spot for us because it is easy for people to pull over and come in for a chat. We drink a lot of coffee while we talk about prices and legal papers. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes they take forever because of some paperwork issue but we just stay with it until it is done. It is a practical business built on knowing the neighborhood.
